It’s that time of year again where athletes from across the world get the opportunity to compete in the Crossfit Open 2016 Competition.
Although thousands of entrants will be battling against each other for a spot in the Crossfit Games regionals, this is more than just a competition. The Crossfit Open is an opportunity to learn new skills, hone your existing skills and push yourself to places you’ve never been before. I’ve never seen as many people achieve movements they’ve never achieved before in such a short space of time as I have during Open season. I for one am very excited.
Throughout the Crossfit Games I’ll be keeping you up to date with everything you need to know, the workouts, the schedules and results and where you can watch. So to start off here is a list of all of the Crossfit Open 2016 dates and when you need get your scores in.
