Lauren Fisher CrossFit
Lauren Fisher, the 22 year old CrossFit athlete from San Diego has reached the CrossFit games individual finals twice, in 2014 and 2016. In 2016 she was the women’s 1st place finisher at the California Regional competition.
Fisher trains out of CrossFit Invictus and before CrossFit was a high school basketball champion.
