The CrossFit Games Open Workouts

The Open is the first stage of competition in the CrossFit Games season. Athletes right around the world compete against each other over 5 different workouts by submitting their scores online.  The CrossFit Open has been running in this format since 2011 with the goal of finding the best athletes from around the world to send to the Regionals.

The Open workouts have evolved over the past 5 years and are designed to find the fittest athletes in the world but also remain accessible to the masses.  The following details all Open workouts to date and the results and times from each of those workouts so you can see how you compare.

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

– 13 Squat cleans, 185 lb. (115 lb. for women)

Continue in this pattern, adding 4 additional minutes for each completed round, increasing weight, and decreasing reps for the squat cleans.
